Creative's Capabilities
We form a wide variety of material thicknesses from .060 - .375.
Various
materials formed include: ABS, HIPS, HMWPE, PETG, PVC Vinyl,
Polycarbonate, HDPE, Decorative Plastics, Acrylic & Acrylic-capped
Materials.
Cut sheet stock is typically used, but roll stock can be used for thin gauge or vinyl formed parts.
Size
capabilities range from larger parts (48" x 84") such as RV bath tubs
to smaller parts such as automotive trim or medical packaging. |
We
utilize three and four station rotary thermoformers as well as single
station machines to manufacture parts as efficiently as possible.
5-Axis CNC routing capacities are 48" x 96" x 30".

Creative Plastics cares about the environment. We recycle scrap whenever possible. Plastic scrap from our manufacturing process is ground and returned to our suppliers for reprocessing. |
